The 17 Weeks to Spring Winter Training program runs from November 20th, 2017 to March 23rd, 2017.

Our Program:
For over a decade the 17 Weeks to Spring program has been a foundation of winter indoor cycling in Saskatoon.

This program is distinct because it offers specific aerobic training for cyclists of all ages and ability levels on your own bike!  Many participants join looking to "move up a group" in their summer riding, and to get in better cycling shape to help them achieve their cycling and triathlon goals.  Athletes work out on their own equipment, so they can hit the ground spinning when spring hits!

This program has two parts to it:  In the first 9 weeks we will focus on endurance - the foundation of cycling helping you go the distance.  In the final 8 weeks we will focus on developing power and speed - the tools you need for to keep up and stay with the group.
