Light FM
Light FM is a Melbourne based community radio station which relies on donations from listeners. Register
Now was selected to develop a custom online donation facility.
The custom solution developed by Registration Logic allows Light FM to receive three types of financial support
from listeners through its website. The application includes online donations, pledge partners (people
who donate a set amount each month), and annual memberships. These types of online support are an integral
part of Light FM's marketing strategy.
This custom solution links into Registration Logic's standard client log in facility allowing Light FM to access
real-time statistics and downloadable reports. The administration facility is available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
Light FM has chosen to use their own merchant account services with this custom solution. Registration Logic
configured and manages the merchant account settings, including recurring billing settings providing
functionality to automatically charge pledge partner credit cards each month.
Each year, Light FM receives tens of thousands of dollars of financial support through Registration Logic's
online donation facility.
