Weekly Invoicing
Question:
When is money transferred to my bank account?
Answer:
Registration Logic's weekly invoicing cycle runs from Tuesday 6:00 pm until the following Tuesday at 5:59 pm.
Money is transferred into our client's bank accounts on Wednesday of each week. You will have access to
these funds once they clear through your bank, which is usually by Thursday or Friday each week. Our
system sends you an email each Wednesday once invoicing is complete to advise you that funds have been
transferred into your bank account.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Question:
I would like to give one of my customers a refund for a payment made through the Registration Logic website.
How can I do this?
Answer:
You can process refunds yourself using our client portal. Registration Logic clients should be aware that refund processing fees apply for this service,
which are outlined in our Refund Policy
(click here to access our Policies page).
Question:
What is a Chargeback?
Answer:
A Chargeback occurs when a person challenges a Registration Logic transaction on their credit card statement
through their bank. Chargebacks may occur when people do not realise that payment processing is being
provided by Registration Logic for your organisation. Registration Logic clients need to be aware that they are 100%
responsible for any chargebacks received for people making payments to their organisation
(click here to access our Policies page).
